Tempest is a magnetic two-piece cooling pipe engineered for smooth hits and effortless cleaning. Two precision-machined halves pull apart instantly, revealing a hidden labyrinth that cools smoke, traps resin, and keeps each bowl smooth and consistent. Sculptural in form and precise in function, Tempest is built to be used, displayed, and cleaned back to near-new whenever you want.
Optional titanium filters allow effortless sessions with legal herb, tobacco, or botanical extracts.

How the Tempest cooling system works
¹Hand wash only. Do not put in dishwasher. Dishwasher use may damage the anodized finish. Why anodized aluminum should not go in the dishwasher.
DESIGN & MATERIAL
Tempest is designed as a sculptural object with clean, purposeful geometry and no exposed hinges or seams. Each unit is precision-machined from high-grade aluminum, finished smooth to the touch, and anodized for durability.
Two internal magnets are tuned to snap together securely and stay closed in a pocket or bag, while still pulling apart easily for cleaning.

CLEANING & CARE
Tempest is designed for fast, straightforward cleaning.

- Slide the two halves apart to access the internal labyrinth
- Use a small brush to clear the pathway and wipe the bowl
With regular care, Tempest can be restored to near-new condition.

FAQ
What is the idea behind the shape?
When we set out to create a better pipe, we reinvented almost the whole thing. It had to be easy to clean, so it needed to come apart. It had to look good on a table, so we designed a symmetrical shape that feels intentional from every angle. The bowl is square, the Labyrinth is square, and even the mouthpiece is square, so every line lines up. The mouthpiece is designed so you rest your lips on it instead of wrapping your whole mouth around it, which also makes sharing feel more sanitary.
How does it work?
The square bowl feeds into a hidden internal Labyrinth. As you pull, the smoke travels through this extended pathway, bouncing around the hard angles inside. That extra distance and contact with the metal pulls out heat and softens the draw. Over time, a thin layer of resin builds up along the pathway, which helps trap fine particles and stray ash that would otherwise end up in your mouth, so the hit reaches your lips smoother, cooler, and cleaner than a basic pipe.
Do your fingers get hot?
No. The Labyrinth pulls heat away from the airflow, but that heat does not reach the outside. Tempest stays cool in the hand while you use it.
Do I have to use the filter?
No. The filter is optional. It is designed for finer material and to keep stray particles from reaching your mouth. If you prefer to pack a larger bowl without it, you can. Over time, the Labyrinth pathway seasons and starts to act like a natural filter as well. If the draw ever feels restricted, that usually means the filter needs a quick clean.
How much fits in the bowl?
It depends on what you are packing, but the bowl holds roughly one third of a gram of freshly ground herb.
How often do I have to clean it?
That depends on how often you use it and what you are smoking. Most people can get through dozens of bowls before buildup starts to affect the draw. When it feels a little restricted, pull the halves apart, give the bowl and Labyrinth a quick clean, and you are back to full performance.
How long will it last?
Tempest is machined from solid metal with no fragile hinges or moving parts. With normal care and occasional cleaning it is built to last many years, long enough to be something you pass down.
