RETURN POLICY

Our Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Unopened/Unused Products: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. No restocking fee applies.
  • Opened Products: Items that have been opened but remain unused will incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • Used Products: Items that have been used cannot be returned without prior written approval. Please contact us to discuss the reason for the return.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@highartifact.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item received.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@highartifact.com if:

  • The item is defective.
  • The item is damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Used items without prior written approval.
  • Sale items.
  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the original item following our return process and make a new purchase for the replacement.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
  • If Free Shipping was applied, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, in addition to any applicable restocking fees.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@highartifact.com.
